db79 Posted September 23, 2015 Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 With the new ruling, I am eligible to file for 485 on OCT1st. I am thinking of changing jobs internally within the company from IT to Engineering dept from an analyst role to developer role , within the next month or so, obviously less than 180 days. Would it be advisable to change jobs at this time, when my employer is almost ready to file 485, even though the new job may not require them to apply for Labor process for the new role. If the lawyers determine that a new labor is required, would that have any impact to the AOS filing? Link to comment
