Forgot to submit I-94 during last visit to US

Hi,

 

I traveled to US last time in 2010 jan and returned to india 2010 march.But i forgot to submit I-94 .Now i have got h1b stamped in 2015 september and i am planning to travel to US in October 2015.Will there be any problem at Port of entry?
