EAD still pending after 90 days

Hi,

My wife's H4 EAD is still show received. No change of status. After 75 days we raised case, Now its been more than 90 days.

Is there anything we can do to get EAD approved quickly.

Can we go to USCIS local office and submit any case.

 

Please let me know.
