Need suggestions: H1b externsion 7th year RFE employer not supporting

Hi EveryOne, 

i need some help in planning my future options. i filed for H1b 7th year extension in April and i received RFE last month. At the time of filing my Perm is not approved but was filed 365days prior to starting of 6th year. Now employer says if RFE answered also possibility of denying is high for me. RFE seems to be on the project when H1b is filed. Now that project completed and i am in search of a project now. Any suggestion is appreciated on how to proceed with this. can i change to another employer now?

Please help me out on this my wife is now 9months pregnant and expecting my child in september

If employer does not support you there is no other option. That H1B will be denied. Talk to an attorney about options for you and spouse to stay in US for childbirth and also for medical insurance.
