j4s Posted August 8, 2015 Report Share Posted August 8, 2015 my H4 extension is in process with uscis from my h1's earlier employer.The new employer has filed an h1 ammendment for him .however i want to change my staus to F1 as soon as my H4 from the previous employer is recieved .will it be ok to have change H4 to F1 this way ?meanwhile if the old employer revokes the previous H1 will it affect my H4 extension which is already in process ? Meanwhile my father has joint Company B.Company B has filed his H1 petition and it is in process with USCIS. My questions are A. Can I file for my F1 while the H4 filed by Company A is still in process with USC!S B. IF company A revokes my fathers H1 will it affect my H4 which is in process with USCIS ? can I apply for COS to F1 on th basis of the H4 extention filed by company A ? C. Do I have to wait for the H4 to be approved ( assuming that revocation of H1 does not affect my H4 extention) before I can file for my COS to F1? D. My fathers new petition with Company B is in process ( not yet approved) Can I submit the notice of this H1 filing for the cos to F1 ? I will greatly appreciate some answers for my questions !
