Conditional GC Renewal and Travel

Hi,

 

My Conditional GC is coming up for renewal in the next few months (11/22), and I was writing to know if I can travel outside US once I get a confirmation of receipt of the I-751 from USCIS, If not what additional documentation do I need to submit to travel outside US (2-3 weeks on vacation)?
