H1-B transfer between companies

Hello,

I joined a new employer X on a receipt # June 29th, my h1-b transfer/extension petition was approved on July 30th by CIS. I have an offer from Company Y with a September 8th start date. I have currently 3 paystubs from Company X. Can I transfer to Company Y and have them initiate the H1-B from mid of this month. Is it okay to have h1-b transfer in this short time period, will USCIS raise a flag and deny transfer. Any feedback would be appreciated.
