I have valid H1-B visa till 2017 with client A. I changed from client A to B. Applied for Amendment and I got RFE and in process of responding to RFE.

 

1. If after responding to RFE my H1B amendment gets denied,  Am i allowed to work for client B after denial? what are my changes of my stay in USA?

 

 

2. If my H1B amendment gets denied and i get a job at new client C. Can i apply  LCA and Amendment for client C immediately?
