ganeswam Posted August 2, 2015 Report Share Posted August 2, 2015 Dear all, I recently heard from one of my friends that there is a bill/rule which in progress in congress and expected to pass or fail by end of this year. if that bill passes (similar to h4 EAD) they will offer EAD to folks who have approved i-140. has anybody heard about this ? Please share any related information. thank you in advance ! Note - Please consider this is as my curioucity and not a rumor. I dont have any information on this except some words from my friend. JoeF Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 There is no such bill in Congress. It wouldn't pass, anyway, with the current Congress. There may be an Executive Order by the President, but nothing is final at this point. Link to comment
