H1 B Application, Masters, Non Premium Quota.

Question: My employer has applied H1 application in April, like everyone else. It got picked and application number was assigned. He applied under Master Quota and Non Premium processing. But still no response from USCIS after application number was assigend. Not even RFE. I did reach out my employer, and he says there are many people like me with similar status. 

 

Can I reach out to USCIS directly? Really are there are many people in similar situation like me?

Only the employer can get info. It is the employer's application, not yours.

No, you can do nothing. If you want a quick response your employer can upgrade to premium processing.
