Successful H1-B stamping on July 16th Hyderabad with DUI

Hello Guys,

 

First of all I would like to thank everyone for their time and interest to post in this forum. I have attended my H1-B interview on July 16th. I got a 221 G as I have a public intoxication case on me in Aug 2013. The 221G has the details of the doctor we need to approach. I emailed the doctor and got appointment on July 21st and I had to give my blood sample and chest X-ray in the morning and I consulted the doctor in the evening. Later I followed up with hospital and got my report on July 24th. I had submitted the sealed doctor report and passport to consulate on July 27th. I got an email from consulate Yesterday (July 30th) to pick my passport. I picked my passport today and got stamped successfully.

 

 

***Previously it used to be Vijaya Diagnostics HimayatNagar but now its changed to CMM (Center for Migration Medicine) in Banjara Hills. Its on Road no: 12 and its like 5-10 drive from Anti Corruption Bureau office. You can see small boards for directions for CMM.

 

****Previously the hospital used to send the report directly to the consulate. Now we need to follow up with the hospital take the sealed report and submit it to the consulate. You have to submit sealed medical report, passport and filled 221G submission form.

 

****  On Monday July 13th I gave my fingerprints. July 16th is my Visa and it happened in two steps. First I had to give my fingerprints to confirm my identity at one counter. Later I went to another counter only for the interview. Previously both the fingerprint verification and interview used to happen at same counter but now its happening in two steps (May be to speed up the process)

then he has gone through DS 160 and asked were you arrested : I told yes and showed him court dismissal letter and he checked with others and issued me a 221G.

I also have PI & DUI and case dismissed.

 

i have following questions.

 

1. how you explain your case in DS-160 ? is it in details or just overview?

2. Is there any way we can get sealed doctor report from USCIS approved doctor from USA? are they gonna accept that          sealed report from USA doctors ?
