H1b Visa Stamping required for Valid Visa while changing the employer?

Hi,

 

I am having my H1B with my current employer A and my visa is valid until 2017. I am planning to change my employer, so I know that I will have to get my H1 transferred but do I need to go for stamping too?

 

P.S. : I am in India right now.

Not required. You can travel with current valid H1B visa and new employer's I797.
