Neolaw Posted July 31, 2015 Report Share Posted July 31, 2015 Hi , Two months back I came to India to change my visa status from L1B to L1A. My visa is approved and got it stamped too. Now the delimma is I am not able to travel because I am bounded by company policies. Since my wife was working in US on L2-EAD and since she too has approved L2 now, can she travel alone without primary visa holder travelling ? Is it possible for L2 visa holder to travel first without primary visa holder (L1A) travelling to US ? Please help. Link to comment
