vasanth.loganathan
Hi, I am a H1b employee and I have an agreement signed at the time of joining the company which states that i cannot work for any client after i am quit the employer. Is it legal to make such agreements? as H1B allows us to quit the company at any time and join another sponsor as long as our visa transfer is done. i am unclear at this point, please can someone advice if the employer can take any action against me if join the client company? pontevecchio
You did sign an agreement. It may be worth your while having a Labor Lawyer in your state have a look at the contract. Link to comment
