My H1b visa petition was filed with different client and different state. Last year before coming to new client my LCA got changed and working in the same place for last 1.5 years. Due to new amendment rule,my immigration team is not allowing to travel and informing me the new amendment need to be approved for that changed location. I am planning to Initiate the amendment after reaching US back on August 27. Please advise me, whether i can travel or not. Is any issue while entering port of entry again.
