Hello all,

I have got my H1 transferred to new employer B. My initial visa stamped with employer A is still valid until October 2016. I am in India currently, my basic question is Do I need to go for visa stamping once again, as I have changed my employer from A to B in the present emerging difficult economic conditions(difficult H1B conditions)?

I just want to know, Is by law, Is it must to have the visa stamped, when we change the employer while outside USA?

What could be the possible questions, that might be asked by the immigration officer, because of not having visa stamped with new employerB?

I saw few topics but they were dated years back. I could not find any new post recently regarding this issue.

Thank you all so much for replying to my post. Did any of you personally or your friends experience the same situation recently?

I did not find any client project yet. My new employer would provide me the docs saying i have in-house project.

Would this be fine at POE?

What could be the possible questions at POE?

what docs would i need?

Appreciate your comments/replies.

You will be fine if you enter with genuine docs. Does this in-house project really exists??Looks like its not, and if you try to enter with fake documents then you will be deported.
