question_1321 Posted July 29, 2015 Report Share Posted July 29, 2015 Hi, Need a legal counsel on following case. a. I was working with company A in India which has parent firm in USA company B. b. I get H1b visa stamped in the name of company B in sep'14 C. I travel to USA in Apr15 for 3 months. And work there for company B. D. After that I come back to India and start working for company A. Can I travel back to USA and work for company B again? Do I have to do some additional legal work to do that? Link to comment
