Validity of Initial Green Card for H1b Holders?

I wanted to know the validity of a new GC you get after working on H1b?

 

Is it 10 years or 2 years?

 

How long is the GC for spouse valid 2 years or 10 years?

 

Can you get a divorce immediately after the spouses GC approval?

 

We have been married for 7 years.

Work GC is valid for ever though the card may expire in 10.
