rand_1234 Posted July 26, 2015 Report Share Posted July 26, 2015 My wife has been arrested by cops for domestic voilence couple of months earlier becuase one of the neighbours might have heard the yelling and after the cops came they thought that we were fighting.The Judge later dismissed the case without us even attending the court. Now my wife want to go for stamping.I would like to know if there would be any effect on the stamping since she is not convicted .What documents do we need to carry and what impact does it have at the POE.Please advise and share any expreince .There is afamily emergency and she needs to travel to india to get the stamping done. century Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 Get arrest record sealed and have court certified disposition docs..during visa interview the vo will ask court disposition docs. Show that vo will approve visa on spot because of case dismissed Link to comment
