H1 transfer approved with old I-94 number

I have a few questions:

 

Facts:

H1 Petition approval for company A: valid 10/22/2013 to 03/31/2016

I-94 valid till: 04/09/2016 

Visa stamp valid till 03/31/2016

 

H1 transfer approved with Company B: Valid 06/24/2015 to 04/26/2018, Approval notice has same I-94 number as before.

 

Joined company B on 15th July.

 

Questions:

 

1. Should i have got a new i-94 number with the h1 transfer approval notice? do i need to talk to companies attorney.

 

2. I will be travelling to india in month of Oct 2015, do i need to go for Visa stamping? or i can travel on my old visa?

2. No need of new visa if your current visa is still valid.

1. It will be same I94 number. No worries.

2. You can use old valid visa and new employer's I797.
