Visa Interview Waiver Program for H4

Hello - 

 

I am on dependent H4 Visa which was stamped with my husband's previous employer (abc) and that stamped Visa was expired on 12 Dec 2014. My Husband traveled alone to India 2 months back and he have the stamped visa with his new employer (xyz). I have the approved I-979 A from my husband's new employer (xyz) and planning to go to india in some days. My question is :

Am i eligible for Visa Waiver Program?
