H4 EAD APPROVED and needs to transfer to another Employer

My wife H4 EAD got approved with my Current employer A I-140. Now, I got a offer from another company B. If I move to another Company B (with I-140 of Employer A not revoked) with H1B Transfer, do we need to apply for H4 and H4 EAD again along with H1B Transfer? If so, what would be the process? If not, how long would the H4 EAD be valid?

Not required. H4 EAD is linked to your approved I-140.
