sony6317
Hi, I am in U.S. For 1 year on H1B. My employer is in California and my intial LCA was in California . Later I moved to Florida and now in Minnesota based on my projects. My employer didn't have any separate LCA for Florida and Minnesota, he has my LCA only for California. Now my husband is going for H4 stamping and I heard we need to submit LCA as one of the documents. My employer is asking me to keep present work location as California but in real i am in Minnesota. kindly suggest. Link to comment
jairichi
Your employer violated immigration rules by not applying LCA for change in location. Talk to a good attorney. Link to comment
rahul412
Looks like you are working for an shady consulting firm. Either find another employer or file amendments ASAP. Your ext will be rejected if you won't file for amendment, its mandatory now. Link to comment
sony6317
He said that he will file it, but it's going to take few more months. But my husband is going for visa stamping in another 2 weeks. So what shall I do now, will it be ok for him to go with my earlier LCA. Link to comment
