The Visa stamping in my passport says the visa is valid until April 2018 but the visa stamping also has PED as Jan 21, 2015. I assume PED refers to Petition expiry date. I am also under the assumption that my L1B gets reset on Jan 21, 2016 (after 365 days outside US). Can i travel back to US after Jan 21, 2016 with the same Visa stamping? Do I have to file for a petition extension? Or Do i have to get new L1B stamping. Please let me know the procedure to travel back to US after Jan 21, 2016. Link to comment
