Chvvr Posted May 27, 2015 Report Share Posted May 27, 2015 Hello, I am a student on H4 visa completed my 1st semester. I am planning to go to India in this summer. I have some questions with H4 to f1 transfer. 1) can I appear for F1 visa stamping first when I'm in India instead of H4? If so, if the F1 gets rejected can I apply for H4 within the same India trip? Or 2) can I apply for H4 first, once approved, can I apply for F1? Wasn't sure what reason I have to give for applying two visa within the same India trip. Please advise. Thanks Link to comment
