Travel with visa stamp in expired passport + minor change in H1B petitioner

I recently took up a role in a new team (with same job title and pay) within my current employer, which caused the legal entity on my paystub to change from "XYZ Services II LLC" to "XYZ Services LLC" (assuming company name is XYZ Services). A new H1B amendment was filed and approved to reflect this change, as well as give me my allowable 3 year extension on my H1B. I am planning an international trip this fall.

Will I be able to re-enter the USA on October 7th, 2015 after international travel  with the following documents –

o   H1B Visa with expiration date of October 31st, 2015  and petitioner "XYZ Services II LLC" stamped in my expired and cancelled Indian passport (date of expiry - Feb 2015)

o   Both cancelled and new/valid Indian passport (valid from Feb 2015 through Feb 2025)

o   The new I-797 approval notice for petitioner "XYZServices LLC" with validity through April 2018

Thank you so much! I was stressing about this. Is this a fairly common thing where people have a valid visa for a certain time period but have changed employers/ legal entities and have renewed their passport? There is no need for me to travel to Canada to get a visa stamping done, correct? This saves me a lot of hassle. Thanks again.

This is more or less a common scenario. Nothing to worry.
