Filing for EAD as H4 what is eligibility rule , filing in E-filing status.

Hello,

I am qualified for applying the EAD since I am in H4 status but I am stumbled while selecting the "Eligibility Status" option while doing the E-Filing. I went through the USCIS Eligibility Rules and for my qualification I have to select the ©(26)  but this rule is not showing in the Eligibility Rules drop down. But the option is mandatory.....some one please guide or help me which option do I need to select.

Hmm, being in H4 status not enough for the EAD. Your spouse also has to have an I-140 approved.

And there is no e-filing for this EAD, as far as I know.
