I have a job inline and need to get at least the DOS recommendation by end of May. I checked a few random case numbers in the DOS website and some applications are pending from early April. Can you please report your timelines if you are waiting for DOS? Link to comment
medfreak Posted May 24, 2015 Report Share Posted May 24, 2015 I have been waiting for a hardship waiver at DOS since 4/14. They usually dont spend that long on them some they only proceed after a favorable recommendation from USCIS and they rarely disagree. I do believe they are being slow... Link to comment

Can you please report your timelines if you are waiting for DOS? Processing time as per the website is 6 to 8 weeks. You will be considered lucky if you get a favorable decision before the end of May. Link to comment

moormoor Posted June 5, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 5, 2015 I emailed DOS a week and half ago asking for expedited processing and no one has replied!! Before they would reply my emails in 4 to 5 days! From next week it would be in the 6 to 8 weeks waittimes. Link to comment
