EB1 Eligibility on H1B

Hi,

 

I am going to apply for GC and I am confused about the eligibility for EB1. Below is my case.

 

I have worked in India for 4+ years ( 15 months as manager) and moved to US for my masters on F1 visa. After completion of masters, I worked in a company on OPT for 1+ years and after that I got full time job in a start up (around 50 employees) and my employer sponsored my H1B. I have total of around 6 years experience. 4+ in India and 1+ in US from my old employer. My current employer agreed to apply my GC and ready to support documents for future manager position. My current employer and Indian company I worked are not related. 

 

Am I eligible for EB1? I have 1+ year of manager experience from Indian company and If my employer supports required documents can I apply in EB1?

 

Please guide me. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States to continue service to that firm or organization. Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer. - from USCIS.gov
