Enter into USA with H1B Visa from company A & Receipt of H1B transfer from Company B

Hi,

 

I have entered into US with old employer visa and receipt notice of new employer as the petition was not received by us though it got approved.

Due to this I-94 admit date was given as per my old employer.

 

My new H1 approved petition has the I-94 extension till Mar, 2017.

I would want to know if there is a way to get it corrected?

 

Also, is it legal to enter into US just based on the H1 transfer receipt? I am little curious to know if it creates any issues in case if I go for stamping.

You committed immigration fraud if you don't work with the old employer.

To work for the new employer, you would have had to enter with the approval notice from the new employer.

You need to talk with a good immigration lawyer ASAP!

Exit and enter US with a valid H1B visa and new employer's I797.
