Medical Asylum for greencard

Hello

 

My friend is new to USA . I am posting on her behalf to help her .

 

She came to US as visitor ( Widow )  and applied on medical grounds for her son on 'Medical Asylum' last year . She gave her finger prints recently .

 

Clairfications:

 

1) How long its going to take for her to get GC

2) As she is a widow, will she be able to marry and what if her husband is on H1B Visa

3) Can she travel to india if so when she will be eligible to travel
