Shresta Posted May 20, 2015 Report Share Posted May 20, 2015 HI EB3 Priority Date June 8 2004 I140 & 485 filed in July 2007 I140 approved March 2008. 485 pending still PD is not current Joined Company B filed AC21 Joined Company C didnt file AC21 Company C filed EB2 Labor approved March 2015 I140 EB2 PP filed approved May06 My attorney send letter for porting. In new approved EB2 I 140 i can see the earlier priority Date June 8 2004. As of now no LUD on my 485 Guys please suggest what to do next Link to comment
