I-140 Approved initiating office transfer with Same Employer

Hello All 

 

I have my I140 approved with my employer in north east, I am planning to move to south by taking an office transfer with my current employer. can you please let me know 

 

1. if my I-140 will still be valid for new office to which i am taking an office transfer 

 

2. will my current employer has to refile my I140 if i move to new office location 

 

3. Any other points that i should keep in mind before i initiate transfer

perm labor is metro area specific..so the entire process need to start over..only thing you can retain is PD..

 

exception is that if ur employer keeps the job open & offers you the same job in north east when you get your GC..
