H1B premium processing

Hi , 

 

I have got a job offer from a company . They have applied for a change of status from H4 to H1 (cap exempt ) under premium processing in march 2015 . We received RFE  and it was answered on 4/06/15.

 

Currently the status is showing as follows :

On April 16, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WACXXXXX. Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by June 15, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. 

 

 

My question  here is why is it showing the case update will be by june 15 , even though its premium processing ?

 

Can i expect the result within 15 calendar days from the date of  RFE  respeonse (april 16)? 

 

Anyone facing the similar kind of situation .
