H1B to H4 stamping in India

Hi,

 

I want to transfer from H1B to H4 and I don't have pay stubs for 7 months as was not on project because of health issue I have doctor letter .

 

Do you know anyone who has successfully got the H4 stamping in India in this or kind of similar situation??

Should not be a problem to get a H4 visa stamped.
