Stamping in Mexico. Last one was at Canada

Hello All,

 

I am on H1B, 6th yr and I got 3 more years extended based on AC21.

 

I got my last H1B extension stamped in Canada.

 

But, this time , I am planning to go to Mexico for stamping.

 

Can I get Visa stamped in Mexico, even though my last stamp was in Canada?

There will be no problem, you can go anywhere in Mexico for renewal in same class.

My first stamping was in india and transfer my visa to new employer(my current employer &. h1-b 3 year's completed). then i got h1 visa extension with same my current employer. now I'm also planning to make a trip to Mexico for my H1B stamping.

 

question :  am i eligible to go mexico to attend my visa stamping.? Just i want to confirm with you all one more time.
