I94 Expires soon

Hi All 

 

Please suggest me if any one came across the situation 

 

First passport expires in sep 2015 

I94 expires in Sep 2015

i797 expires in sep2016

Visa Stamping Expired

Got new passport now how to renew/update I94 without travelling internationally. 

 

When spoke with the lawyer at our office they asked me to travel out to get new i94 i cannot do this. Second option is to file H1B extension which i asked in my office, since there is one more year validity they dont want  to do this. Do i have any other option other than these two.
