Me.sree235
My employer has been filing perm with 2 yrs of prior experience as I hold masters degree. But when we're in last step of filing perm, we realized that my attorney has also kept my certification exam as a part of job requirements, which I have given after joining current employer. Since, my certification is not a part of prior experience will that jeopardize my perm? Please let me know. Thank you in advance. Link to comment
