rajeevkalyan Posted April 14, 2015 Report Share Posted April 14, 2015 I am in USA for past 8 years on H1 B visa.I got I140 approval in EB3 category and got my H1 visa extended. My parents are USA citizens .If I apply the Married sons of USA citizens (F3) this category for permanent residency can I use the same priority date or how can expedite my GC process. My EB3 GC priority date is July 2011.For F3 Category Can I get EAD now. Link to comment
