firsth1
Hi !! My salary/wage rate in LCA says it is from $90,000 to $100,000. My pay-stubs are generated for base salary of $7500 per month($90,000 annually) and $10,000 bonus per every quarter. The total payments (base sal + bonus) always exceeds $100,000. Though, LCA states that the salary is between $90,000 and $100,000, my pay-stubs are generated for base salary of $90,000 only. My employer tells salary in LCA is mentioned as $90,000 to $100,000 because my salary includes $90,000 base salary and $10,000 minimum bonus annually. Please let me know the descrepancy between salary in LCA and annual base salary could cause any issue during H1b visa interview. Thanks, Kumar Link to comment
rahul412
AFAIK, LCA should have a fixed amount, not in between. Link to comment
peacefulwarrior
LCA states the minimum wage requirement for that position. You should be ok if you are +10k imo.Talk with your companies attorney to get confirmation. Link to comment
