In i94 Date of Admit in USA is Different from Stamp in Passport

Hi All,

 

I need your Urgent Help , Actually I need to file my H1B Extension , So In one of the Form I need to mention the Recent date of Entry in USA .

 

Now the Problem is in My i94 Recent of Date of Entry Mentioned is 20th Sep 2014 ..but In my Passport the date Stamp is 21st Sep 2014 .

 

So I am Confused do I need to Correct the I94 by going to CBP office or it is not required .

 

Please let me know what do I need to Do .

Write the exact date on which you entered US.

Contact local CBP office to get the records corrected.

I too have the similar problem. when i entered US, i94 was not automated and a hard copy of i94 slip is pasted in my passport .

But when i checked the i94 online the date is not correct.

 

Please let em know whether i need to get the online i94 corrected or i can use the hardcopy i94 pasted in my passport ?
