ADNAM123
Thanks for the responses Doe she gets 6m stay or send of visa date? Link to comment
ashuneel
She gets I-94 up to 15 Sep 2015. Ideally she should renew her visa for 10 yrs before making the trip if possible. Link to comment
jairichi
Thanks for the responses Doe she gets 6m stay or send of visa date? Depends on immigration officer at POE. A visa is just an entry document and an I94's expiry date does not depend on that. Link to comment
pontevecchio
I should clarify that she can enter before September,15 and she will get the usual 6 month I94 from the date of entry. It is not necessary to renew the visa before travel unless she wants to. In any case she will get a new 10 year visa. Link to comment
JoeF
She gets I-94 up to 15 Sep 2015. Ideally she should renew her visa for 10 yrs before making the trip if possible. Sorry, that's wrong. A visa is an entry document. It has to be valid at the time of entry, but the allowed stay is independent of that. The I-94 determines the allowed stay. Even if she entered on Sep. 15, she should get the usual 6-month on the I-94. Link to comment

ADNAM123
Thanks to all for responses. I will be scheduling my mom visa renewal next year later. This time it will be little bit churn to get visa and visit US with in summer time here. will depend on existing visa :) Link to comment
pontevecchio
At the very least look up the relevant consulate site and find out if she is eligible for the Drop Box option for the visa. Link to comment
