raj.21
Hello All, One of my friend was traveling to chicago to do his masters(First time travel) and he was picked randomly by immigration officers and was interrogated. They started allegation that he came here to work illegally and not for study. Unfortunately the officers were not convinced and he was sent back to india. Did any one went through this situation and got out of it? Can he re appeal or reapply for US Visa? Please provide your inputs or suggestions on what can be done in such situation? Thanks in advance Regards Raj Link to comment
pontevecchio
One does not have the facts. If your friend wants he should discuss his situation with the firm of Murthy. What college was he coming to attend? Link to comment

JoeF
Is he enrolled in I one of the fraud "universities"? Is he working with CPT, i.e., abusing CPT? The authorities are cracking down on F1/CPT abuse. Link to comment
