URGENT - I-94 Extension Reqd for dependent minor after Passport Renewal, VISA Valid till 2016

Hello,

 

This is for my dependent daughter with L2 VISA valid till 2016. While coming back from India, the I-94 expiry date is provided only till May 2015 as her passport was expiring in 2015. The passport has been renewed and now I want to get her I-94 extended as well. My and my wife's visa and I-94 is valid till 2017. We do not have any plan to go out of US in 2015. Please let me know how can I get my daughter's I-94 extended in US itself.

 

I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I have tried finding an answer to this but could not get any help. A response will be much appreciated.

File her application for extension of stay based on your L1 approval. I539...USCIS website has the form and Instructions.
