What is your highest degree of education? Ans: xxxxx 3. Is this your first H1 or renewal? Ans: Renewal 4. What is your title with your company? Ans: xxxxx 5. End client? Client Location? Ans: xxx company, xxx location 6. What do you do for your client? Ans: Described briefly (in couple of sentences) about my duties. 7. When did you joined your current employer? Ans: Month and year of joining. 8. What did you do before joining your current employer? Ans: Worked with another employer 9. Give me your Drivers License, LCA, Pay Stubs, W2's, Employer letter. Ans: Given 10. Why is your w2 amount greater that the salary mentioned in employment letter? Ans: I get Quarterly bonus He stared at computer for a while and looked into LCA throughly and finally said your visa is approved. Note: Make sure your LCA, Pay stubs, W2's are in alignment. Meaning, Your pay should not be less than the amount mentioned in LCA. Your pay stubs should be in alignment with the salary mentioned. If your w2's has more amount listed than your annual pay mentioned in the employment letter make sure you have right answer like bonus, over time etc...One of the candidate's LCA amount is greater than the given salary and he got admin processing. Hope this helps and thank you all for your valuable contribution to the community. Everyone please do post your experiences so that everyone can benefit. Good luck! Link to comment
