L1B to H4 & change of H1 employer

Hello,
I am new to H1B world and have some basic questions.

I changed from L1B to H1B in Oct 2014. My wife is in L1B and her visa has expired and I94 expires by end of April 2015. She would like to stop working so
We have applied I-539 to change her status from L1B to H4 and got the receipt number; also recieved the I797C. This COS is in progress.

Questions:
1. If I change my H1B visa from employer A to B, will it cause any issue to my wife's H4 application?
2. If I change my H1B visa from employer A to B, should/can I include my wife as dependant in my application?
2.a.If so, what happens to the existing H4 application applied separately?
2.b.If not, do I have to apply for a new H4 application again since I changed the employer?
3. If she resigns her job and let's say her employer cancels the L1B petition -
3.a. Does she gets out of status immediately and will it cause any issue to H4 application?
3.b. Or does her H4 application and receival of receipt number covers her status?

Thanks in advance

1. No.

2. Yes, but you have already filed a COS for your spouse. Filing a new one with your H1B sounds reductant.

3. Not at all. Since she has a COS receipt notice she is on valid status in US.

Hi Jairichi,

Thanks for you reply. So, what is your advise or recommendation regarding question no. 2? If I switch to a different employer, do I just let my spouse's H4 application go thru' as is separately and later add her to my H1? How can I add my spouse as dependent later, is there any application for that? Thanks in advance
