msangunathan Posted March 26, 2015 Report Share Posted March 26, 2015 Hello, I have been charged 4 cases including dui on Mar 2012.I have convicted only attempt to flee and others are dismissed on Jan 2013. I went for h1 stamping in Chennai on Mar 2013.I asked to go through medical exam which I did. After 4 weeks I got my visa approved. Now I am going to visa stamping again in chennai. I can't go for dropbox since u changed my employer. Would they ask me go through medical exam? would they ask about the case again. can you please help me if any one have gone through the same sitUation. I really appreciate your response.
