H1B Ammendment and Stamping related Question

[H1BAmmendment]

I work in Employer-Vendor-Client  model

 

My Client is  giving  a letter that i am an employee of vendor which i am not 

 

My concerns or questions are 

 

1.Is it a problem if i  file my H1 with a client letter stating that  i am employee of vendor ?

 

2.Will it be a problem if USCIS comes for inspection at the client location and then client says that we  know about  employee about nothing about the employer ?

 

3. Will it cause any stamping issues ?
