jairichi
You are eligible for cap exempt H1B petition only if your I-140 is not revoked by employer. Talk to an attorney from Murthy law firm immediately with all documents. Link to comment

dusovana
Thanks. Yes I am on EB3. I checked online and I140 is still active so I should be Exempt. How to find out if my PD is current or not? sometimes the visa bulletin info is not same as what PD is currently getting processed. What I should do regarding GC as I need to enter US with different employer. Link to comment
JoeF
The Visa Bulletin and only the Visa Bulletin lists the current PD. Link to comment

Btw, do you have the copy of the I-140 approval notice with you? I was told we need the copy of the approval for a company to apply for a H1B non exempt. Thanks, Sid Link to comment
