nijay Posted March 24, 2015 Report Share Posted March 24, 2015 Recently i did extension of H4 petition and received the approval papers but the 'date of birth' on my wife's petition approval document. I realized the mistake was on my part, when i had filled the i539, i had filled the month wrong. How can i get this corrected? Link to comment

If not then when new employer files a cap exempt H1B petition for you include your spouse's H4 EOS. Link to comment
